Mont Blanc,
the pride of the Alps, seems a natural association for this classic
ring. The contoured shank suggests a mountain ridge, and the
created white sapphire, its icy summit.
Featured is a
1.36 carat created white sapphire. With a diameter of 6.5mm,
this sapphire is approximately equal to the dimensions of a
one carat diamond. The princess cut features a 6mm gemstone
(average weight: 1.52 carats).
Available in
ruby and in sapphire in the following colors: White, blue,
pink, yellow, and padparadscha. All are of consistently excellent
quality. Like all varieties of corundum, sapphires and
rubies make excellent stones for jewelry worn every day. They
are second in hardness only to diamonds. The Mont Blanc is also
available in Alexandrite, which is nearly as hard as corundum.
Available in
18k recycled white gold, or recycled platinum.
