Nearly 200 years ago, Scotsman John McAdam introduced a breakthrough in road building technology. The idea? A domed center comprised of stone, with side ditches to convey drainage. It was a simple idea, but much better than the roads in use.
This rugged ring succinctly conveys the brilliance. The domed center features a hand-hammered finish, with milgrain sides and smooth edges. It’s a simple idea, but perhaps more interesting than the other hammered bands you’ve seen.
Made by hand in 18k recycled white gold. Shown with rhodium, but available without rhodium by request. Available in our other metals by request.
